The Jockey Club Information Systems Inc. (TJCIS) today announced that its 5-cross pedigrees for Thoroughbreds are now available for free on equineline.com, the company’s online information and portfolio management service.

The equineline.com 5-cross Thoroughbred pedigree provides five generations of a Thoroughbred’s pedigree, and includes inbreeding, nicking statistics and dosage information. The pedigree information comes directly from The Jockey Club’s database and from Thoroughbred stud book authorities worldwide.

“Providing a single proven source to obtain free, reliable 5-cross pedigree information will assist industry members in their research and will complement our other products, which offer more extensive information and are available for purchase,” said TJCIS Chairman and President Carl Hamilton.
