Woolums Retires from The Jockey Club

The Jockey Club today announced the retirement of international information coordinator, Margaret C. “Sissy” Woolums.

Jockey Club president, Hans Stahl, thanked Woolums for her contributions toward expanding the scope of international racing and breeding information contained in The Jockey Club’s database, the information engine for equineline.com and other Jockey Club services.

“Working with The Jockey Club’s Data Management staff, Sissy worked with a number a number of international countries and we appreciate her years of service and wish her well in retirement.”

Woolums originally joined The Jockey Club shortly after establishment of The Jockey Club Statistical Bureau in the 1960s. She left several years later to found Pedigree Associates before re-joining The Jockey Club in 1995.
