A video replay from The Jockey Club’s 58th annual Round Table Conference on Matters Pertaining to Racing is now available at jockeyclub.com. The conference was held Sunday, August 22 at the Gideon Putnam Resort in Saratoga Springs, N.Y.

The first half of the Round Table Conference focused on recent trends in Thoroughbred breeding and racing and how industry organizations are adapting to the changing landscape.

The second half of the program featured a report on the activities of The Jockey Club as well as a comprehensive segment on the industry’s collaborative progress on medication and safety issues.

Stuart S. Janney III, chairman of The Jockey Club’s Thoroughbred Safety Committee, concluded that segment with a report on the activities of the committee and the announcement of four new recommendations.
