Laura Barillaro

Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Laura Barillaro became executive vice president and chief financial officer of The Jockey Club in October 2004. She had served as vice president and controller for The Jockey Club since 1995.

Barillaro is responsible for all finance and accounting for The Jockey Club.

Prior to joining The Jockey Club staff, she spent almost eight years with the international accounting firm Ernst & Young in New York, specializing in media and entertainment.

Barillaro is a member of the retirement board of The Jockey Club and is treasurer of the Belmont Childcare Association, Equibase Company, InCompass, The Jockey Club Information Systems, The Jockey Club Technology Services, Grayson-Jockey Club Research Foundation and The Jockey Club Foundation.

A member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants, Barillaro is a graduate of Fordham University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in public accounting and a master’s degree in media communications.
